In this blog I show the results of my hobby – making art and other stuff with my homebuilt CNC machine. I mainly work with combinations of wood and epoxy resin, coloured by various types of pigments and metal powder. The subjects often involve items from the nature and mathematical objects such as fractals.

Leaf in resin
This is a resin cast I made together with my daughter. The wood comes from an old pear tree we cut down in the garden last year. The bottom cast is tinted with blue mica powder, and the top cast is clear.

Wood coaster
Here is a wood coaster I made a while ago, cut from white oak. The G-code was generated using Fusion 360, and the source vector pattern can be found here.
